Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days.

Every parcel is tracked. Delivery is included in the price.

We show your exact delivery dates at checkout, for example Arrives Tue 29 Jul to Thu 31 Jul.

Returns

You have 30 days. No quibble, no forms. Here is how it works.

  1. Email support@tolv.co.uk or call 01730 555 012. Tell us the order number.
  2. We send you a prepaid returns label the same working day.
  3. Drop the parcel off. Your refund lands within 3 working days of it reaching us.

Damaged items

We send a replacement first, questions later.

Send us a photo if you can. It helps, but we do not need it to act.
